30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Eligible MKE RESTOCK™ purchases include a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase. Eligibility and any item-specific coverage details will be shown with the product or provided at the time of sale.

What the limited warranty covers

For eligible merchandise, the warranty covers a qualifying functional failure that prevents the item from operating as represented at the time of sale, subject to inspection and the exclusions below.

What is not covered

Cosmetic wear or disclosed defects; accidental damage, misuse, abuse or neglect; liquid damage; improper installation or modification; normal wear and tear; consumable parts; missing accessories already disclosed before purchase; or damage occurring after the item leaves our possession.

Making a warranty claim

Contact MKE RESTOCK™ within the 30-day coverage period at contact@mkerestock.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos, video or inspection of the item before determining the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the item and circumstances, an approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement with a comparable item, store credit or refund.
